Layered Italian Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cloves garlic, chopped
    1/4 c. olive oil
    1/4 c. minced celery
    2 cans Shiavone's spaghetti sauce
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 lb. Italian sausage
    1 1/2 lb. spiral noodles
    1 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 1/2 c. grated Mozzarella
    1 lb. Ricotta cheese
Preparation
    Brown garlic in oil.
    Add celery and sauce. Heat.
    Broil sausage 15 minutes.
    Cool.
    Slice.
    Brown and drain ground beef. Boil noodles until tender.
    Rinse.
    Pour 3/4 cup sauce in 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Add layer of 1/3 noodles, 1/3 Parmesan, 1/2 Mozzarella, Ricotta, ground beef and sausage.
    Repeat, ending with noodles, Parmesan and sauce.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
