Simple Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked rice
    4 c. warm milk
    1/4 to 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 c. sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    raisins (optional)
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a large casserole.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven until thick and the top is brown (1 to 1 1/2 hours).
    Great when served with vanilla ice cream!
