Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 lb. (about 1 1/2 c.) chopped cooked chicken
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/4 c. mayonnaise
2 tsp. grated onion
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
slivered almonds
1 c. diced celery
1/2 tsp. salt
potato chips
Preparation

In greased baking dish, arrange in layers chicken, a mixture of the soup (undiluted), mayonnaise, celery, onion, salt, pepper and the sliced eggs.
Top with some coarsely crumbled potato chips.
Sprinkle with some slivered almonds and a little cooking sherry (if desired).
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Serve piping hot on Chinese egg noodles.
