Yogurt Cream Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. nonfat yogurt
    Smucker's Simply Fruit spreadable fruit (optional)
Preparation
    Line a colander with double layer of cheesecloth which is damp.
    Gently pour the yogurt into fabric-lined colander. Colander should be suspended in pan large enough to collect whey. Let sit eight hours or overnight.
    Save whey for baking bread, cooking rice, etc.
