Citrus Spice Potpourri - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. dried orange and lemon peels
    1 cinnamon stick, broken
    2 bay leaves
    1 tsp. rosemary
Preparation
    To Dry Peels:
    Slice peels into very thin strips.
    Place on a cookie sheet and bake in oven on its lowest possible setting. Bake several hours or until dried and hard.
