Chicken Taco Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. boneless chicken strips
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 can chicken broth
    1 can tomato sauce
    1 pkg. taco mix
    1 can corn, drained
    1 medium pepper (strips)
    1 1/2 c. Minute rice
    1/2 c. shredded cheese
    tortilla chips
    sour cream
Preparation
    Cook pepper strips and chicken until lightly browned.
    Add broth, tomato sauce, taco mix and corn.
    Bring to a boil.
    Stir in rice.
    Cover; remove from heat.
    Let stand.
    Fluff with fork. Serve with cheese, tortilla chips and sour cream.
    Also can be used in a tortilla wrap!
