Maple Sour Cream Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. cornstarch
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. sour cream
    2 unbeaten egg yolks
    1/4 tsp. maple flavoring
    1 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Combine sugars, cornstarch and salt in heavy saucepan. Blend in sour cream and egg yolks.
    Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until thickened. Remove from heat. Add maple flavoring and butter. Chill until spreading consistency.
