Hot Tamales - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 c. self-rising meal
    1 tsp. each: red pepper, black pepper, garlic salt and chili powder
    3 tsp. cumin
    1/3 c. oil
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/4 c. milk
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Use a heaping tablespoon of mixture.
    Shape with fingers on a piece of foil.
    Twist ends. Place in seasoned boiling water.
    Boil about 12 minutes, then check.
    (Season water with red pepper, garlic salt, etc.)
