Beef Burgundy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes and floured
    2 Tbsp. butter or steak grease
    1/2 can golden mushroom soup
    1/2 c. Burgundy wine
    1 can beef broth
    1/2 lb. sliced mushrooms
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    cooked noodles
    1 onion, sliced
    minced garlic to taste
    thyme (sprinkle)
Preparation
    In skillet, brown meat in butter.
    Add remaining ingredients except noodles.
    Cover; cook over low heat for 1 hour or until tender.
    Stir occasionally.
    Serve with noodles.
    Serves 4.
