Pimento Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. American process cheese
    1/3 c. milk
    1 beaten egg
    2 Tbsp. white vinegar
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 (4 oz.) jars diced pimentos, drained
    1 c. salad dressing
Preparation
    Cube the cheese.
    Combine with milk.
    Melt over low heat. Stir until smooth.
    Cool, but do not chill.
    Combine egg, vinegar, sugar and pimento.
    Bring to boil over medium heat.
    Turn heat to low.
    Cook for 6 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Cool.
