Chinese Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. chopped onions
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 medium can mushrooms
    1/3 c. rice (uncooked)
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1 can bean sprouts
    1 can water
    1 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Brown onions and celery in small amount of oil; set aside. Brown beef and rice until \"grey.\"
    Add onions and celery; mix in soup and water.
    Add soy sauce, mushrooms and pepper; mix well. Toss in bean sprouts.
    Pour into casserole.
    Cook for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0, then cook for 30 minutes, uncovered.
    Can be made ahead and frozen.
    Serves 6 to 8 people.
