Micro-Veggie Platter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    broccoli, cut into flowerettes
    zucchini, washed and sliced
    large slices of mushrooms
    onion slices
    red peppers, narrow strips
    green peppers, narrow strips
    1 pkg. dry onion mix
Preparation
    Arrange veggies on microwaveproof platter in rings.
    Lay pepper strips on top in a circle.
    Place mushrooms and onions over top.
    Sprinkle onion mix evenly over all.
    Cover with plastic wrap and microwave on High for about 8 minutes or until done.
    Do not add water.
    Serve from same dish.
