Macaroni Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. short macaroni
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    1 onion, chopped
    1 can Eagle Brand milk
    2 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. celery, chopped
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. vinegar
    4 carrots, grated
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Boil macaroni and rinse. Mix all ingredients. Set in refrigerator overnight.
