Gina'S Lemon Pepper Chicken On Spinach Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken strips
    lemon pepper
    1 Tbsp. oil
    fresh spinach leaves
    1/2 c. slivered almonds
    cherry tomatoes
    1/2 c. shredded cheese
    Poppy Seed Dressing (Note: Can be substituted for any creamy dressing)
Preparation
    Prepare salad and refrigerate, except for the cheese.
    Heat oil; add chicken.
    Let it cook until almost done.
    Start covering with lemon pepper and cook until brown.
    Spoon chicken over salad; sprinkle with cheese.
