Turkey Giblet-Pecan Stuffing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. turkey livers
1 c. turkey gizzards
1 c. turkey necks
1 lb. sausage
1/4 c. onion
1/4 c. green pepper
1/4 c. celery
1 Tbsp. dry mustard
4 oz. crushed pecans
15 to 20 lb. turkey
3 oz. mushroom gravy
2 lb. toasted bread crumbs
1 Tbsp. sage
1/2 tsp. sugar
2 c. hot turkey broth
1/4 c. butter
Preparation

Saute onion, celery and green pepper.
Add sausage.
Combine turkey gizzards, turkey necks and turkey livers.
Gradually add bread crumbs with enough turkey broth to moisten the stuffing. Add seasonings and butter.
Add crushed pecan followed by mushroom gravy.
Mix thoroughly.
Place in casserole dish and place in oven at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
