Beryan From Isfahan(Meat Pancake) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. ribs
    2 Tbsp. salt
    water (to cover ribs)
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. black pepper
    6 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Combine the ribs, salt, pepper, water and cinnamon.
    Cook for 2 hours.
    Separate all the meat off the bones.
    Chop the meat in a food processor.
    Add oil and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon.
