Chili And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 envelope chili mix
    1 1/3 c. instant rice
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    3 c. hot water
Preparation
    Brown beef in oil.
    Stir in chili mix.
    Add instant rice, tomato paste and hot water.
    Bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes.
    Serves 3 or 4.
