Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. sausage meat, cooked and drained
1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar
1 pt. half and half
6 slices buttered bread
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
5 eggs, beaten hard
Preparation

Mix eggs with salt, dry mustard and half and half.
Remove crust and cube buttered bread.
Place bread cubes and sausage in casserole dish.
Pour egg mixture over bread and sausage.
Let sit 8 hours.
Cook 35 to 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Top with grated cheese.
