Blueberry Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/4 c. soft shortening
    1 egg
    1/2 c. milk
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    pinch of salt
    4 c. blueberries
Preparation
    Cream shortening; add sugar, then egg and beat well.
    Stir in sifted dry ingredients and milk alternately.
    Blend in blueberries.
    Put into greased 13 1/2 x 11-inch pan.
    Sprinkle topping over batter and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
