Ingredients

6 c. grated zucchini, peeled
5 c. sugar
1 c. crushed pineapple
1/2 c. lemon juice
2 (3 oz.) pkg. flavored jello (orange or raspberry or any flavor)
Preparation

Stir in gelatin.
Ladle boiling jam into jars and seal. Process in boiling water for 5 minutes.
