No-Knead Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. milk
    1/3 c. sugar
    1 envelope yeast
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 1/2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 large egg
Preparation
    Put 1 c. water in large bowl. Add butter, salt and sugar. Dissolve yeast in 1/2
    c. water plus pinch of sugar.
    Add to bowl. Beat 1 egg and milk, add to bowl.
    Add flour to make stiff batter.
    Cover and let rise 15-20 minutes.
    Put in greased muffin tins or form rolls.
    This recipe makes 12 - 18
    rolls and a small loaf (9 x 13 greased pan).
    Bake approximately 20 minutes at 375\u00b0.
