Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 - 8 oz. Phili cream cheese
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    4 eggs, room temperature
    1 c. + 2 Tbsp. sugar, divided
    2 c. sour cream
    9 in. graham cracker pie shell
Preparation
    Mix cream cheese, salt
    and vanilla until creamy and smooth. Add eggs, mixing well after each egg.
    Add 1 c. sugar slowly while mixing.
    Put mixture into the graham pie shell.
    Bake at 450 degrees until center is jello like.
    Remove and cool 10 minutes.
