Cocoa Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. cocoa
    3 c. sugar
    1/4 c. butter
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine cocoa, sugar and salt in a large saucepan.
    Add milk gradually.
    Mix thoroughly; bring to a bubbly boil on high heat, stirring continuously.
    Reduce heat to medium and continue to boil the mixture without stirring, until it reaches a temperature of 232\u00b0 or until a small amount of mixture forms a soft ball when dropped in cold water.
    Remove from heat.
    Add butter and vanilla.
