Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 to 8 slices dried bread, broken in small pieces
    3 c. milk
    raisins (optional)
    3 eggs
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    cinnamon
Preparation
    Put bread in a buttered dish and sprinkle with raisins (optional).
    In a bowl, beat eggs, sugar and salt.
    Scald milk and add to sugar and egg mixture.
    Add vanilla and pour over bread. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
