Pepper Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
2 1/2 c. grated mild Cheddar cheese
2 1/2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
sliced jalapeno pepper (as many as desired)
Preparation

Place sliced jalapeno peppers in the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.
Combine cheeses together and spread on top of peppers.
Beat eggs and pour over cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 15 to 20 minutes.
Pie is done when edges are lightly brown and eggs are done in center of pie.
