Fried Onions - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large onions
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. flour
    oil
    milk
Preparation
    Select 3 large onions, peel and slice.
    Place slices in cold water for 2 hours.
    Prepare the batter, mixing egg and 1 tablespoon flour.
    Then add salt and enough milk to obtain a solid batter.
    Remove onion slices from water, dry and dip into batter. Then fry in plenty of boiling oil, adding salt when finished. Serves 4.
