Catherine'S Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. white corn meal (Hearn and Rawlings water ground)
    2/3 c. sugar
    1/2 Tbsp. salt
    3 1/2 c. boiling water
    2 eggs
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 stick butter or margarine
    2/3 c. milk
Preparation
    Mix corn meal, flour, salt and sugar together.
    Pour boiling water over; beat well.
    Make sure lumps are out.
    Then add eggs, milk and butter.
    Mix well.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour.
