Pork Chop And Apple Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 pork chops (about 2 pounds)
1 can (28 oz) pork and beans in tomato sauce
1/4 c. brown sugar - packed
dash of ground cinnamon
6 thick apples sliced
Preparation

In skillet brown chops (use shortening if necessary).
Pour off fat.
In 2 quart shallow baking dish 12 x 8 x 2 combine beans and cinnamon.
Top with chops.
Cover.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
Combine sugar and dash of cloves, if desired.
Top chops with apples, sprinkle with sugar mixture.
Bake uncovered 15 minutes more or less until apples are tender.
Serves 6.
