Down Home Mustard Greens - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 branches mustard greens, turnip or collards
    3 qt. water
    1 1/2 lb. ham hocks or smoked turkey legs
    1 to 2 hot pepper pods
    salt, pepper, dash of sugar and garlic (if desired)
Preparation
    Wash greens thoroughly.
    Use large stockpot.
    Put turkey leg in bottom of pot.
    Cook greens until tender.
    Add all seasoning.
