Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. milk
1/3 c. margarine
1 c. dark Karo syrup
3 eggs
9-inch pie crust
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. pecans, broken
1/2 c. brown sugar
Preparation

Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
Mix eggs, syrup, sugar, shortening, milk and salt in large bowl.
(Do not beat.)
Stir in pecans. Pour into unbaked pie crust.
Bake for 15 minutes at 425\u00b0.
Turn oven temperature down to 350\u00b0 and continue baking for 30 minutes or until done.
