Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 chicken breasts
1 pkg. frozen broccoli, cooked and drained
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. mayo or salad dressing
1/2 c. grated cheese (mild Cheddar)
1/2 pkg. Pepperidge Farm dressing or 1 box Stove Top
Preparation

Prepare dressing according to box.
Boil chicken on medium heat for 45 minutes.
When done and cool enough to handle, tear into bite size pieces.
Place broccoli in Pyrex dish (8 x 11-inch), turning end to end.
Put cut up chicken over broccoli.
Mix mayonnaise with soup (don't add water) and heat.
Stir until heated (don't boil).
Pour over broccoli and chicken.
Sprinkle grated cheese over everything.
Place dressing on top.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for approximately 40 minutes.
If dressing starts to brown, place foil over top.
