White Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Melt butter without browning.
Add flour and salt and cook until well blended.
Add milk slowly, stirring constantly, so milk won't scorch.
Cook to boiling point, then remove from heat.
Beat well, until creamy.
