Home Style Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. celery, sliced
    2 c. bean sprouts
    4 Tbsp. oil
    3 stalks green onions, chopped
    2 eggs, beaten
    3 to 4 c. cooked rice
    1 c. meat of your choice (pork, chicken, beef, shrimp, ham)
    soy sauce to taste (about 4 Tbsp.)
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Add 1 tablespoon of oil to the pan or wok.
    Spread out the beaten egg and cook until done.
    Remove the egg and chop into small pieces.
    Add 1 tablespoon oil; heat the pan and saute the celery and bean sprouts.
    Remove and set aside.
