Chicken Spaghetti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 whole chickens
    1 large onion
    4 to 5 stalks celery
    2 cans Ro-Tel tomatoes and chili peppers
    1 can mushrooms, drained
    1 (1 lb.) pkg. spaghetti
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
Preparation
    Boil chickens.
    Reserve broth.
    To 3 cups broth add finely chopped onion, celery, tomatoes and mushrooms.
    Cook until tender. Add cooked spaghetti and deboned chicken.
    Add cheese gradually until melted.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
