Artichoke Rice Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. chicken flavored Rice-A-Roni
    1/2 green pepper, chopped
    2 or 3 Tbsp. chopped onion
    3 Tbsp. chopped olives with pimentos
    1 jar marinated artichokes, chopped
    3/4 tsp. curry powder
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Cook rice as directed with butter.
    Cool rice.
    Add onions, peppers and olives.
    Drain artichokes (reserve marinade) and add them.
    In separate bowl, mix marinade, curry powder and mayonnaise. Toss with rice mix.
    Chill 8 hours or overnight.
    Yields 6 servings.
