Layered Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium red potato, boiled, cooled and sliced
    1 small avocado, peeled, pitted and sliced
    1 small tomato, diced
    2 Tbsp. or more fresh basil, chopped
    garlic flavored vinegar or white wine
    salt
    white pepper, freshly ground
Preparation
    Arrange potato slices on large salad plate.
    Top with avocado slices, then tomato pieces.
    Sprinkle with basil.
    Whisk together oil, vinegar or wine, salt and pepper to taste and pour over vegetables.
    Set aside 10 minutes for dressing to soak in before serving.
    Serves 2.
