Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 chicken breast halves, cooked and diced
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 cans cream of chicken soup mixed with 1 c. sour cream
    1/2 stick oleo
    1 tube Ritz or similar crackers
Preparation
    Mix diced chicken, soup mixture, salt and pepper.
    In a separate bowl melt 1/2 stick oleo; add Ritz crackers and mix. Sprinkle this mixture on top of casserole and bake at 350\u00b0 until bubbly.
