Pesto Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. olive oil
2 c. fresh basil leaves
1 c. fresh parsley
2 Tbsp. pine nuts or chopped walnuts
2 medium cloves garlic
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a
food processor.
Stop and start several times and scrape down
sides
of container until sauce is smooth.
Transfer to bowl.
Serve
with pasta, tossed greens or endive salad.
Makes approximately 1 cup.
