Pear Honey - cooking recipe
Ingredients

9 c. pears, ground coarse
5 c. sugar
3 lemons, sliced thin or just the juice
1 can crushed pineapple
Preparation

Cook first 3 ingredients until thick (nearly as thick as apple butter), then add the can of pineapple and cook 15 minutes longer. Put in jars and seal.
