Baked Stuffed Shrimp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 jumbo shrimp
1 1/2 c. Ritz crackers
1/2 c. Wesson oil
1/4 c. water
dash of Worcestershire sauce
1 can crabmeat (optional), drained
generous sprinkle salt and pepper
generous sprinkle onion salt
generous sprinkle seasoning salt
generous sprinkle garlic salt
Preparation

Crush crackers to make fine crumbs (food processor works best). Add ingredients, except shrimp, and mix together.
Clean shrimp. Remove all shells except tail and split for stuffing.
Stuff shrimp with stuffing (rolled into small balls and formed to shrimp). Sprinkle with butter and bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes. Sprinkle with lemon.
