Diabetic Cocoa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. cocoa
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. water
    3 c. skim milk
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    sugar substitute to equal 8 tsp. sugar
Preparation
    Combine cocoa and salt in small saucepan.
    Add water and place over low heat or in top of double boiler.
    Boil gently for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
    Add milk and sugar substitute.
    Stir constantly until mixture comes to a boil.
    Remove from heat immediately.
    Add vanilla.
    Stir and serve.
    Yields 4 servings. Serving size:
    1 cup.
