Overnight Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large head lettuce, shredded
    1 large cauliflower, cut into small pieces
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 lb. bacon
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    2 c. mayonnaise
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Fry bacon; drain, cool and crumble into small pieces.
    In a large bowl, layer lettuce, cauliflower, onion and bacon.
    Repeat 3 times.
    Pour sugar, salt and cheese on top.
    Finish with the mayonnaise.
    Cover and refrigerate overnight.
    Toss the salad just before serving.
    Enjoy.
