Beef And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. uncooked rice
    1 lb. ground chuck, browned
    onion powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste
    1 can beef bouillon
    1 (12 oz.) can V-8 juice
Preparation
    Place uncooked rice in casserole. Brown ground chuck in skillet. Season with onion powder, garlic powder and salt and pepper to taste. Put on top of rice. Pour remaining ingredients over this. Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0, uncovered.
