Buttermilk Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 fryer chicken, cut up
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    cooking oil
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Place chicken in a large flat dish.
    Pour buttermilk over; cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
