Sunshine Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stalk celery, chopped
    1 medium onion, diced
    1 bag California Blend veggies
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    3 c. cubed potatoes
    3 chicken bouillon cubes
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 Tbsp. salt
Preparation
    Simmer celery, potatoes, onion, salt and bouillon in 1-quart water until partially soft.
    Add veggie bag and continue simmering until soft.
    Add soup and cheese.
    Heat until cheese is melted. Do not boil.
