Lima Bean Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. lima beans (frozen)
1 large can pimentos, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
5 or 6 slices American cheese
Preparation

Cook and drain beans and add pimentos.
Over low heat, melt cheese in soup and stir into beans.
Salt and pepper to taste. Top with cracker crumbs and brown in oven.
