Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. oil
    1 tsp. salt
    3 tsp. baking powder
    3 jalapeno peppers, chopped
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 c. cream-style corn
    1 1/2 c. cornmeal
    3 eggs
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients; pour in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish (greased).
    Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
