Pesto Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. pine nuts
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. olive oil
4 garlic cloves
6 sprigs Italian parsley
4 c. fresh basil*
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Place basil in a blender or food processor with chopping blade.
Add the oil, garlic, parsley, salt, pepper and pine nuts. Blend or process until everything is chopped fine.
Remove and place in a bowl.
Add the grated Parmesan cheese.
Mix.
Toss this with hot spaghetti.
