Savory Sausage Ring - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. bulk pork sausage
    3/4 c. oats, uncooked
    2/3 c. chopped, peeled apple
    3/4 tsp. salt
    3/4 tsp. crushed basil
    1 egg, beaten
    2/3 c. milk
    1 large can peach halves, well drained
Preparation
    Combine all but peaches and mix well.
    Place peach halves on bottom of 6 cup mold (Bundt pan) and then pack sausage into pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Invert mold on absorbent paper.
    Do not remove pan.
    Let stand until grease is all drained out.
    Invert onto serving dish.
