Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

27 oz. can sauerkraut, undrained
1 large green pepper, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
2 oz. jar sliced pimento, drained
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. white wine vinegar
1/4 c. oil
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Cover and chill overnight. Drain before serving. Will keep for 1 week in refrigerator.
